Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription payments once processed. To avoid next month's charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Annual Subscriptions

Full refunds may be requested within 3 days of initial purchase. After 3 days, refunds become unavailable, though software access continues through the subscription period.

Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted when:

  • Upgrading subscriptions (users, credits, add-ons)—refund eligibility based on original purchase date, within 3 days
  • Charged after cancellation
  • Charged multiple times for same subscription
  • Technical issues unresolved by support within reasonable timeframe

Not Eligible For Refunds

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases
  • Failure to use software
  • Compatibility issues not discussed with support

How to Request a Refund

Contact support at Info@accountune.com within eligible timeframe with: full name, registered mobile number, subscription ID/invoice number, and refund reason. Response within 5 business days.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds return to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Third-Party Payments

Third-party platform subscriptions require contacting that platform directly for refunds.

Account Termination

No refunds issued for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
