Monthly Subscriptions
- Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription payments once they are processed.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refunds may be requested within 3 days of the initial purchase.
- After 3 days, refunds are not available for annual plans, but you may continue to use the software until the subscription period ends.
Eligible Refund Conditions

- When upgrading your subscription—such as adding users, purchasing credits, or acquiring other add-ons—refund eligibility is determined based on the original purchase date, not the upgrade date.
